Where is all the “fake news” talk now? Haven’t heard that in a little while. President Donald Trump is the 3rd U.S. President to ever be impeached! Richard Nixon would have made Trump the 4th, but he resigned before it could happen back in 1974. The House voted 230-197 with “abuse of power,” and 229-198 with “obstruction of Congress.” No fake news, but facts! Trump publicly acknowledged the vote during his recent campaign trail in Michigan stating “It doesn’t really feel like were being impeached.” The vote now shifts the impeachment proceedings to the Senate for trial, that is expected to happen in January. Even with this recent news, reports speculate that President Trump won’t be removed from office. Kentucky Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell will speak on the senate floor regarding the recent impeachment vote.
