• 1. Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice.
• 2. Shake well and strain into a chilled coupe glass.
• 3. Garnish with apple slices.

The Gin And Juice 2.0 Recipe

INGREDIENTS

• 1.5 ounces of gin
• 4-6 ounces of green juice
• 1 teaspoon of agave syrup or to taste
• 1 cup of ice
• Garnish: sliced cucumber

DIRECTIONS

1. Add gin, green juice, agave, and ice to a cocktail shaker.
2. Shake mixture then pour into serving glass.
3. Garnish with a slice of cucumber.

Irish Lady Recipe

• 1½ ounces Irish Whiskey
• ½ ounce triple sec
• 1 ounce lemon juice
• ½ ounce simple syrup
• 1 egg white

DIRECTIONS

1. Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with 1 cup of ice
2. Shake really hard for 1 minute
3. Strain out into separate vessel
4. Empty ice and replace chilled mixture into cocktail shaker
5. Shake again for another minute to create a smooth, thick foam
6. Strain into coupe glass
7. Garnish and enjoy!
