Snoop Dogg calls for “minority clause” in states that legalize marijuana…

Snoop Dogg has long been a marijuana advocate and has his hands in the “weed” business outside of his rap career. Cannabis is currently legal under medical restrictions in 33 states and 11 jurisdictions have recreational use. As more and more states move to legalize the plant, Snoop would love for legislation to be put in place for everyone to have access to the legal business and it’s not based on wealth on privilege. Snoop states, “I think there should be some sort of minority clause, where they make certain rules where the the minority  has to get the first dibs.” It sounds like money is keeping even legal applying citizens out of the cannabis business.
