Nappy Roots Rapper Scales Shot, Robbed and Kidnapped at His Atlanta Brewery
Scales, of the rap group Nappy Roots was reportedly shot, robbed and kidnapped.
The incident is said to have occurred at his Atlantucky Brewing in the Castleberry Hill neighborhood of Atlanta.
According to the report it all happened as the business was closing around 11p.
Two suspects robbed a customer in the parking lot. After the robbery they entered the business forcing Scales into his car at gunpoint.
During the ride Scales was shot in the leg. He eventually escaped and got to a hospital where he is in stable condition.
Police found his car abandoned. No suspects have been found yet.
