Kodak Black’s legal team appeared in court on Tuesday with Kodak to request that Kodak be placed in a treatment program in Arizona that would last for a period of ninety days.

The attorneys claim that the rapper developed an addiction to Oxycodone and Percocet while he was incarcerated in a Kentucky prison in the year 2020 and that he never received the necessary treatment for his addiction.

The motion was met with opposition by the prosecution; nevertheless, the judge chose to postpone making a decision and to let the judge overseeing the case make the decision.

Therefore, Kodak will continue to be incarcerated for the time being.

Now who was it that was giving that man oxycodone and percocets while he was in prison in Kentucky…
