Jeannie Ain’t Ready to Let GO

Specifically, Jeannie Mai is demanding that the court delay the enforcement of her prenuptial agreement with Jeezy, stating that she did not have the time to evaluate the agreement before signing it.

Jeezy’s move to enforce the prenuptial agreement was submitted to the Fulton County Superior Court on Thursday afternoon. The talk show host asked the judge to either dismiss Jeezy’s plea to implement the agreement or, at the very least, to delay enforcing it until the parties may exchange information about it.

She basically claims that she did not go through Jeezy’s financial statements in detail in order to ensure that she was getting a fair bargain. She also claims that the shortened window “raises significant concerns about the adequacy and thoroughness of the due diligence process.”
