Forecastle 2022 Hip Hop Headliners Were Amazing!

Big shout out to another great festival event for 2022! This wasn’t just just any festival event…this was Forecastle 2022! There were several hip-hop acts to grace the stages like Earl Sweatshirt, The Homies, Duckwrth, Wale, Freddie Gibbs etc. but the highlights had to be the headliners Jack Harlow and Tyler The Creator! The energy they brought, along with the show production, gave you an experience that went beyond the wordplay and the massive pounding beats! Definitely well put together, and the timing of the different stages allowed for smoother navigation between acts and stage transitioning. If you missed it, I’m sure there is enough social media clips to show you the “vibe” of the shows. The Static Major tribute intro into “Turn Off The Lights” was a moment in time watching a young Static Major and Smoke E Digglera work their magic on the original track in the studio, that Jack would later sample almost 2 decades later for his debut LP “That’s What They All Say!” Forecastle 2022 was a hit!
