Big Meech Early Release

Brittany K. Barnett, Big Meech’s new attorney, has submitted a new early release petition in which she asserts that, according to the newly implemented sentence standards, he is eligible to be freed sooner than was initially intended.

Reportedly, Barnett submitted the motion to the Eastern District of Michigan on Wednesday, requesting that sentence guidelines be applied in a “retroactive” manner.

Meech’s legal team is awaiting the judge’s decision over this new motion, which could have Big Meech out by 2025 if the judge approves.
