Ben and Jerry’s unveiled “Big Freedia’s Bouncing Beignets” in New Orleans last weekend.
It’s vanilla ice cream with a bourbon caramel swirl. Of course, in NOLA, the treat was served with beignets. The limited edition ice cream was used to raise money for non-profits in the area.
The flavor is not available in stores but a spokesperson for Ben and Jerry’s said they hope to sell the ice cream soon.
